RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must be un-burned/un-lit and un-melted.  To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or specifics of Order Number.

RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost charged at time of purchase will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for any additional customs and import duties or associated fees or taxes related to your purchase or return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item we can process your refund.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and depends on your bank.

Our candles and wax melts ship in 3 to 5 buisness days from Redford, Michigan, United States.

Scent lasts 1-2 months

To use:

1. Unscrew wooden lid and remove the plastic plug from diffuser.

2. Screw wooden lid back on the diffuser and tip upside down to let fragrance soak the top of the wooden cap.

3. Hang in your car and ensure driving view is not hindered.

4. When you can no longer smell or the cap looks dry - look to step #2
